Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard so many great stories from fellow travellers who have used Couchsurfing before, so I thought I'd give it a try!
Also it's a great chance to interact with a local, someone who actually lives in the city, rather than staying at hostels full of other travellers.

Interests

Music. I have been playing the piano for over 20 years!
Food. I am a big foodie and love trying new foods from around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lots of appreciation for theatre and film, of any genre. I love the creative arts, especially live shows and concerts.

Music has always been a huge part of my life. Have been playing piano and violin for over 20 years, and picked up guitar and bass and other instruments over the years. Started with classical music, now playing more instrumental covers of pop songs, movie and video game soundtracks.

And I wold love to share my own Chinese heritage, culture, and background. The city I live in (Toronto) is the most multicultural city in the world and I have been there for 22 years, so I can share a lot about my hometown and the beautiful country of Canada!
