One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Naming one thing is hard; I've had a very interesting life! If I had to choose it would be going to rural China in the summer of 2011 and working/staying with the locals. I stayed there for about two weeks and with the community and a group of friends I helped build a rice paddy of in the mountains. It was a labor intense experience but it was also incredible. It was one of the most amazing places I've ever been to. The people were really nice, the place was beautiful and the food was delicious.
