CURRENT MISSION
People and Places: Learning them.
ABOUT ME
I am quite independent and I really struggle to ask for help when I'm struggling to figure something out.
I can keep to myself quite easily, but I do really enjoy spending time with and meeting new people.
I'm really into a lot of things! I have my undergraduate degree in music composition. I love wine and cheese, and dining in general (I've worked as a "professional" server for many years now). I love urban development. I'm a fan of the OKC Thunder and NBA basketball. I enjoy deep conversations, especially with people who have perspectives that are very different than my own. I love language and am excited to start working on my German while I'm in Buenos Aires!
Much more, I'm sure.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now, I am looking for couches. I would like to host people when I get home, but I have roommates and it's probably not fair to them for me to open up the house. But if I get a place on my own, I will definitely be opening up my place then.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Nothing through couchsurfing.org. I have stayed on couches though at friends' houses and friends that I have met through the internet. I've built a great relationship with a friend that lives in another city through him opening up his couch to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. This one concert at an ACDA National Convention in my hometown: It was a choir from Incheon City, Korea. I can't really describe in a succinct way how unbelievable both their singing and their program were, but they were incredible.
2. Seeing my name on a concert program with the likes of Stravinsky, Strauss, Debussy, and more. It was for a massive Brass and Percussion Ensemble that surrounded the audience. It was the most intense of any of the times I've listened to my own music performed for the first time which have all been awe-stricken experiences.
3. Walking in Stephansplatz, Wien for the first time. Very different from my home city (Oklahoma City), and really left me at a loss for words.
