ABOUT ME

I'm a great friend and very reliable. I am gay, but masculine and act like every other guy.

I live with a roommate and we do have a few things we do ask from surfers:

1. Please do not plan to “kick it” or “chill” around here in the common area and patio when we are not here. We live in extremely close proximity to neighbors and we need to be considerate to them. We live here and we do not need any complaints.

2. Please do not feed the dog anything as he is a service animal and has a very strict diet. Anything other than his allotted food causes him to get sick.

3. Everyone has hair, but if you have long hair or shed easily, please do not leave a hairball in the drain. Kindly clean it out with toilet paper and toss it in the trash.

4. Please plan to stay no longer than one week.

5. There is no smoking in the apartment or the common areas such as the courtyard. If you are a smoker, please walk down the sideways a bit.

6. There is no drug use of any kind permitted including marijuana.

7. Please keep the bathroom door shut at all times. The dog will urinate on the bathmats if he is allowed in.

8. Please do not come in at all hours of the night. The dog is trained to alert, and he will bark and wake us up. Please plan on coming in a reasonable hour, such as 10 PM.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and making new friends. I'm also very giving, very friendly, and a great host. Being of European decent (French and Irish), and having visited Europe for the first time, I enjoy meeting other Europeans and learning about their culture and environment.

Many people in Los Angeles are stuck up and self entitled. It is refreshing meeting people from other countries as they are here to learn and experience and are very open minded.

Interests

Love being active and outdoors. I'm very musical, with voice, piano, and trumpet. I'm a computer technician by trade, so I fix all manner of computer issues. I'm also very mechanically inclined and perform auto repair.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movie of all time is a timeless classic "Where Eagles Dare" with Richard Burton. I don't read much, but I love "Land of the Midnight Sun" by Michael Crichton.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing Il Divo, Josh Groban, Barry Manilow, The Tenors, and Jackie Evancho in concert. Visiting Ireland and the Netherlands.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've lived in the area for 8+ years so can show you some of the highlights and points of interest of Southern California. I'm also a great cook, so let me know what foods you like and don't like and I'll fix them.
