ABOUT ME

I am fun disciplined active and busy. I lead a busy life atm with work and having shared custody of my three children.
I currently rent a 4 bedroom place out near Ipswich, inland of Brisbane, QLD. I only have my kids for one week at a time, and then the house contains just me for a week. So there is plenty of room for short periods, if that suits anyone.
I love to travel, and try new things, in particular food. I enjoy experiencing different cultures and ways of doing things. I have been lucky enough to have travelled with work a fair bit. I have been to the States, Germany, France, Malaysia, Singapore, Guam Hawaii, the UAE, and of course throughout Australia and New Zealand.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined this site for my trip to Austria, but was lucky enough to be put up by friends of friends, so now I am just here offering my place to those who need it. I like the idea of making friends from all over the world, and I am hoping I will be in a position to travel and pull a few favours soon :)

Interests

I am interested in most sports and almost anything outdoors. But I can chill in front of the tv with beer. I am currently playing a lot of squash and competing in obstacle courses like Tough Mudda to keep up the fitness.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like old school rock, don't have time to read a lot. And tend to watch action or comedy movies.

I know a bit about rugby union and casino's. I am currently trying to learn the guitar, although I am not very musically gifted, lol.
