ABOUT ME

I insist on enjoying life. I love to be outside doing something. I ski every spare moment of every winter, I rock climb, I ride my bike everywhere I go and I spend lots of time on rivers. I also enjoy hiking technical peaks. I love to play music, whether it's on my guitar, which I've been playing for ten years now, or my alto sax or flute. I like blues, jazz, swing, rock, bluegrass (on occasion), alternative, hip hop; the list goes on. I love gettin' down on a dance floor even though I don't know how to dance and I'm always just making it up. I run my life on copious amounts of coffee.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined CS before my transcontinental bike tour so I might have places to stay in random places across the country. What I discovered was that people on CS are awesome, and there is no other way to travel. I would swear by Couchsurfing, and I am looking forward to offering my couch to fellow travellers in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My CS experience has been only good. It has helped me believe that people are inherently good natured and willing to share with others. CS helps to encourage people to share things with perfect strangers, which is quite fun.
