Moved to a very small room in Budapest recently. Not ideal for hosting to be honest. Great location and still open to it though.

1 year trip across the states
ABOUT ME
I grew up on a horse farm in Germany and studied agriculture. One day, I want to take over the business. Now I am on a one year cruise across the US to see it all before I settle down back home.
I bought a conversion Van and plan to sleep in that a lot during this trip (see photos). I am a laid back guy. Interested in almost anything. Outdoors, Indoors, Sports, Music, Politics, Philosophy, Big cities (My Van has to fit), small cities, country side.
PHILOSOPHY
visited 16 states (7.11%)Create your own visited map of The World or jurisdische vertaling duits?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
by being new.
I don't know where I would "officially" state something like this, but if anyone wants a moving couch aka ride share, I might be interested in taking someone along for a little while on my trip.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am a few months into my couchsurfing experience, and it has exceeded everything I had expected. I have met the nicest and warmest people one could ask for!
Interests
I love Music. If could have my way, I would try to find all the best music towns in the world and travel them, just to hang out and watch people play. I really hope to see a lot of small and unknown musicians on my current US trip. (check)
I also love the outdoors. Being from a farm that makes sense, I guess.
I am genuinely interested in all sorts of topics. I can probably talk about politics and philosophy all day. Or night. Recently I started dancing Tango. We will see where that takes me....
Music, Movies, and Books
Grapes of Wrath, Entweder-Oder, the autobiography of malcom x, Grundlage zur Metaphysik der Sitten, Fahrenheit 451
Dogville, American History X, Boondock Saints, City of God
Townes van Zandt, Pumpkins, Crystal Castles, Beatsteaks, Otis Redding, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Lumineers, Morrissey, Freundeskreis, Tom Waits, Lokalmatadore, Kanye West, Libertines, Lagwagon, The Roots, Westernhagen, Peter Fox, Ellen Allien, Peaches, Bloc Party, Björk
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Blue Mosque is my favorite building, and Istanbul the coolest City I have been. The Chapada Diamantina in Brasil is probably the most amazing landscape next to the grand canyon I have seen. But sometimes a cool beer with friends on my hometown farm or the local bar is the best place I can imagine being at that moment.
Traveled from coast to coast with my little van...
Teach, Learn, Share
People that are open minded and have broad interests are always an inspiration. I play a little guitar (self taught chords type). I have more room to learn than to teach by far in that respect. I studied Philosophy for some time, though gave that up for agriculture in the end.
I would really like to learn some Hungarian and Turkish. And can definitely teach German or English.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, France, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam
Countries I’ve Lived In
