Sobre mí

I have lived in Japan for more than four years and learned more from life abroad than I ever did in school.
I have not traveled extensively yet but would like to rectify that as soon as possible.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

A couple of years ago I heard about couch surfing from a friend and all the great experiences he had through it. I wanted to get involved but the place I had at the time was too small to host. After moving back to Hiroshima from Tokyo, I have a much roomier pace!

Rules for couch surfers:
- No smoking, or loud music late after 10:30.
- Let me know what time you will arrive at what time you will leave.
- Be respectful and polite
- Please ask before using things, unless I say it’s ok. (Then you don’t have to keep asking.)

What guests get:
- Access to their own space with closable sliding doors
- Use of kitchen, shower, washing machine, WiFi and living/guest room.
- A memory foam mattress with blankets/ and soon pillow.
- Friendly atmosphere, your own personal space so you can do your own thing.
- Boatloads of advice on Japanese culture and language if you want it, and info on things to do in Hiroshima city (I work as an interpreter/ translator.)

Música, películas y libros

More than books I have favorite authors, they include Jim Butcher, Michael G. Manning, Walter Mosely, Neil Gaiman, A Lee Martinez, Simon Green, Will Wight.
Books that have changed the way I've seen the world are Guns, Germs and Steel by Jarred Diamond, Why Nations Fail by Daron Acemoglu, and James Robinson.
