Greetings future friend!

Three words that describe my ideal life are joyful, engaged, and connected. All time is scarce, but especially the present moment. I aim to be fully present each day and in each interaction or activity in which I find myself. Being fully engaged brings me deep joy. Most alive when I am in a flow state: writing or performing music, jamming, in an adrenaline-inducing situation, or a deep conversation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To learn, to connect, to grow, to explore, and to share. It is such a joy to me to give and receive in a non-monetary way with people who also prefer the market of goodwill.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Represented the United States at the World University Orienteering Championships in Hungary.

Swam among a pod of wild dolphins in Indonesia.

Teach, Learn, Share

Certified yoga teacher and traveling with my guitar. Would be happy to lead a private yoga class or offer a guitar lesson, or share some original music. I would love to learn whatever language whatever skills you have, and hear your stories.
