About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm on a mission of learning how to be love with just being

ABOUT ME

I'm really random. And I can cook. but don't always do because I enjoy raw and living food. Some may say I'm kind of a health nut but I think I just like feeling like I'm on top of the world by eating a certain way. Cycling is mah thaang. and farmers markets. and fermentation. oohh yeaa cycling to farmers markets while sipping on some PollenUp followed by a sunset at the beach. That's where you'll probably be finding me. true story.

If I'm not doing that, I'm probably in the kitchen concocting a fermented beverage or playing with a new recipe. Or scheming a new business plan of some sort that incorporates travel and food. I can be somewhat of a dreamer and I'm hoping to actualize a real something or other sooner than later.

PHILOSOPHY

Just keep swimming, just keep swimming.

There's no right and wrong, just right and left.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing things I've seen are things that are usually of minimal importance to most people.

but seeing Macchu Picchu was pretty gosh darn awesome.

as well as venturing out to Chefcheaoun, Morocco.

and the zip line in Australia was a trip.

birthing a child. most amazing/painful/exhilarating/psychedelic/traumatic experience ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can talk about nutrition, food, the body all day.
There is still a lot for me to learn on those subjects as well.

I'd love to learn more about sacred geometry. or bike mechanics. or whatever it is you are interested in =)

I'd love to share a meal with you. One of my favorite things is to make food and break bread with new people.
