ABOUT ME

I'm a Kansas girl..but spent most of my adult life in Boston, MA. Right now, I'm a Student in Tromsø in Norway..far far up North. I really enjoy learning about new cultures, and different cultural dances.

I am big on the outdoors, and most types of adventure including motorcycle riding (my bike is still back home in the USA -sold :( ), cycling, camping, hiking, skydiving (only 2x), scuba diving (rescue diver), but my latest favorite is salsa, bachata, kizomba dancing..but I have my quiet side as well..I love to read a good book (sci-fi or historical fiction), drink a good beer, or relax with a nice glass of wine.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to host, surf, and meet new people from different backgrounds and countries when I have time between studies and work. Right now it's more meeting people through group events.

Music - most anything, but not country music..so I guess this could include Rock, Classic rock, pop, international, salsa, bachata, kizomba...

Books - Sci-fi (fantasy), and historical fiction
Movies - i don't really have time to watch movies much, but I guess I tend to lean towards action and comedy films

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are many of these..at least to me they are amazing. I love my scuba trips..always great experiences. Another favorite was riding my motorcycle cross country from Boston to Las Vegas (visiting friends and family) before leaving for Bulgaria.

The things I am good at and enjoy sharing with other people - any outdoor activity basically..also salsa dancing, or traditional Bulgarian dances.
