ABOUT ME

I'm a mom of three, first and foremost. Also, a business owner and photographer; former bartender and server, social worker, artist, lover, fighter, child, student of buddhism, giver, and taker. I enjoy good music, beer, disc golf, and bonfires on warm summer nights. I love camping and random road trips with no place in mind. I think laughter is contagious, and love people who spread it. I enjoy people who love life, and live with no regrets. I love talking theories, and playing the devil's advocate. Politics aren't my thing, but I hold my own in a conversation pertaining to them. I find I get along best with people who don't plan things, and live in the moment. I love being inspired, and love inspiring others. I am an extremely honest and open minded person, but respect all views of others (even if I don't agree). silence makes me uncomfortable.

I am happy to host when my kiddos aren't at my home, and have two extra beds for couch surfers. I have a dog named Kevin (weiner dog!) and a black cat named Blueberry, both are very friendly. I own an adorable victorian home in the western suburbs of Chicago, which I share with my three children.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a lot, yet have only surfed once in Kentucky for the Derby with my good CSing friend Chuck Manley (If you haven't met him, you really should!)...
