Hello all! I am Tridib (three-deeb) working towards my PhD at Purdue in Indiana, USA!
I am 25 and researching on Hybrid Electric Vehicle. My end goal is to become an entrepreneur of some sort. Anyways I would love to host new people around the world and get to know about their cultures and show them around.

I love traveling and meeting new people.

One of my passions is to do music. Lately i have converted folk bengali songs to a improved rock version.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people! I am new to CS so never hosted or asked for one. The concept is very good because:
1) encourages you to travel new places now that you have a host
2) saves you money as you don't need a hotel
3) gives you a guide and a companion to travel or talk to after the day. Traveling alone can be lonely.
4) builds great friends around the world!

Interests

I love all music except hardcore rap and death metal.
Movies: all movie genre, not a very big fan of documentaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Drove through all four countries in UK. Stayed at hostels and roamed around the cities.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you English and Bengali, lots of Engineering stuff and cooking exotic dishes. I would love to learn and share new cultures and experiences. I am also a great masseuse if you have a back pain.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My experience of coping to US being a guy from Bangladesh and UK. Treating you indian and bengali food. A welcoming place to stay. Maybe teach you a little music. Being your friend and listen to your stories. Taking you around or guide you.
