About Me

•Something You Should Know Before Sending Messages to Me•

The first message you send is absolutely important to decide whether people will have good impression on you or not. I will be really appreciated if you could read my profile and know at least a little about me before you contact me. If your first message is something like "hey what's up" "hey how are you" I will assume you didn't read my profile so I won't reply anyway.

So tell me how cool you are and give me some reasons why should I meet/host you :)

Thanks for reading this, and nothing meant to be harsh.

你好!
Hello!
¡Hola!
Bonjour!
Hej hej!

•One Fun Fact about Me•
My Chinese name means "hot girl" in Swedish

Trinity is ainm dom.
("My name is Trinity" that's the only Gaelic I could speak)

From Guangzhou but currently study in Melbourne for my second master degree. Guangzhou is the third biggest city in China and we speak both Cantonese and Mandarin. And it's also famous for the delicious food, if you ever heard or tried dim sum, it's from my hometown.

I have studied in Spain for half year as an exchange student before so i know some Spanish. During this six months i traveled to a lot of the european countries, and i would say my favorite european countries are Sweden and Spain (I consider Spain as my second hometown). After completed my undergrad degree in Macau, I went to uk for my first master degree. Uk is a great country and I would like to go back soon!

And now I am here in Melbourne. I am very fresh here so I haven’t explored many places yet. Maybe we can explore the city together!

I am open minded (but I wish I could be more open minded) and easy-going. 2500 years ago, Confucius said: 有朋自遠方來,不亦樂乎( It's such a delight to have friends coming from afar) so I wish I could meet people from all over the world and make friends with them.

I did couchsurfing in Europe and Australia, most of the hosts were super nice except two. The first one was in Geneva and he was so serious and tried to argue with us on a stupid topic, another one was in Vienna who said my family name was not as good as my friend's! I mean, who the fuck compares people's family names? Are you living in the Game of Thrones world which a Stark will be better than a Snow?

My enthusiasms are photography ( I am looking forwards to being a photographer in the future), travelling, singing and watching horror movies (hell yeah). The skills i wanna learn most are dancing (I am a poor dancer maybe u can teach me..) and equestrian.

So, looking forwards to meeting you guys somewhere!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I like all kinds of music, as long as they have good rhythm and lyrics. My fav bands r Pink Floyd, Queen, Muse, Empire of the Sun and Bastille.

Movie:
I prefer horror movies and Scifi. Saw, Life of Pi, Interstellar, Life of David Gale, Game of Thrones (but that's not movie) ... too many.
My favourite director is Clint Eastwood.

Book:
I do like reading, but I don't have much time for that at present. The only reading I do everyday is reading several journals for my essays.
My favourite book is 1984.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Only one?
aw well, hard to choose...

I did skydiving once, in Interlaken

I saw northern light twice, once in Tromsø, Norway, another time was in Iceland

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach:
I could teach u some basic Chinese and Cantonese, apparently learning Chinese could be very hard, Cantonese even harder. But as long as u r interested, I will be very happy to teach u some.
Also, I could also teach u making dumplings. No all the Chinese know how to make it, so u r lucky :)

Learn:
Languages of course, especially Spanish and Greek.
My goal is to learn the greetings and the basic words like "thank you" "my name is" in the languages from the countries I travel to.
I also wanna learn dancing. I have learned some hip hop during high school and found myself not very talented at that time. But still, I wish I could be more stylish rather than just wiggle when I go to clubs.
