About Me

I have a clever, dry sense of humor and am passionate yet untalented at Soccer, Chess, Photography, Sailing, Harmonica, Violin and Singing. I speak English and Spanish and even though I am trying to learn French I can really only talk about coffee, wine and food, but im very good at that.

Im new to couch surfing since generally when I travel I visit friends I have in different places and couch surf not as a stranger. I am also only maybe receiving guests because I just finished working in the Philippines and just moved to Turkey!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My favorite part of living/traveling to new places is generally not the touristy stuff but the culture and 'off the beaten path' spots.

I would also be happy to practice Spanish, English and French although my French is still fairly terrible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Escaped a boring life with a boring job.

I uploaded pictures from some of the places ive lived/worked

Teach, Learn, Share

I have some pretty interesting experiences from the places ive lived and enjoy sharing these stories. I enjoy hearing about others' experiences/perspectives as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know how to do a lot of very random and somewhat useless things like open a coconut and get the meat (and extract the coconut milk) or carry water from a well (or pump) on my head or catch mosquitoes in my hand all of which im happy to share with hosts!

I can lead yoga sessions or cook a super mediocre dinner...
