About Me
I’m a fellow viajera who loves to explore the world! I’m a substitute teacher finishing a Masters in Elementary and Bilingual Education. When I’m not working in a classroom, I prefer to be on a plane going to new places and meeting new faces!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I tend to travel solo a lot and it’s always amazing to meet other travelers, share a worldly experience, make new friends :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Mainly David Bowie, new wave, alternative, Spanish rock and all the oldies/classic hits on Sunday’s. Movies: too much pressure, I love films such as Forrest Gump, Amelie, Shawshank Redemption, Kill Bill, Shape of the Water, The Godfather, Etc. I can’t pick just one. Books: 1984, The Four Agreements, Perks of Being A Wallflower, To Kill A Mockingbird.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I accepted a job offer and moved to Madrid to teach English for a year on a week’s notice. Risky, adventurous, and entirely worth it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English. I want to learn Spanish. I can share some decent cooking skills, co-create delicious meals (or just buy the wine/dessert) and maybe help with anything as needed.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My friendship, help with writing/editing, lots of coffee, an outdoor companionship.
