I'm absolutely crazy about my job. My passion is for cooking and learning all the different branches of the culinary industry. I love immersing myself into coffee, wines and craft beers, baking etc.. Anything that goes with art and cooking. I forage every year, experiment with canning, fermentation and all sorts of other things
