Hey all! I’m Tristan and I’m really new to traveling around. It’s been a dream of mine to be able to go anywhere and everywhere and soak up all the different types of culture that I can possibly get. I am 25 and am from Missouri. I’m a student working on my massage therapy license along with an emphasis in energy healing. I also am a beginning meditation instructor so I am excited to be able to offer that along with my other holistic healings I absolutely love animals and love being out in nature. Some of my favorite things are going hiking, fishing, and being able to stick my feet in the dirt. I’m very laidback and outgoing, easy to get along with, and a fun spirit to be around. I’m also a super nerdy chick and love playing video games, board games, and table top games. I love learning about new things and going on random adventures. If you allow me the honor of staying in your home, I would be more than happy to do meditation sessions with you, work out some sore spots in your back, or provide some healing energies for your ailments. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to be able to have a safe space in which I can stay that will give me the experience of being a local instead of just a tourist. I enjoy soaking up the local culture, so I feel that this is a better way than staying at a hotel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all types of music. I used to be a musician so I can appreciate all types and all eras of music. Movies, I love anything that will make me laugh. I also thoroughly enjoy sci-do, fantasy, and horror. For books I really love dystopians, fantasy, sci-fi, and horror.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach meditation and can show you techniques to use energy manipulation on yourself for self healing. I am a sponge, so I love to learn anything and everything. Exchanging information and helping one another out is one of the only ways we grow as human beings.
