Easy going,fun loving musician, easy to get on with. Considerate. Love comedy, music obviously and hanging with and meeting great fun people. And as I recently discovered, I love travelling!

PHILOSOPHY

why do I live my life? well I suppose the alternative is death so that's a good initial motivation. Within that my personal philosophy I suppose would be to be as happy as possible, be honest and authentic in yourself and you will connect with others in an honest and authentic way and happiness will follow. Live life to the fullest (cliche but I mean it ha) and follow your passions! (more cliches but again I mean it lol)

I'm not sure what this means but I'd be keen to host here in Melbourne. I live in a great location in Melbourne, Australia right near great food, shopping and live music.

Interests

Playing music amazes every time, adore listening to it and seeing it played. My second greatest passion is comedy, can't do it but adore watching it, but most of all love laughing with friends (my favourite comedy!). Basically I love people so being around cool people engages me.

Recently have become extremely excited about travel, getting inspired by amazing places so far away and different from my home.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm so hopeless with movies. Obsessed with tv shows though, early simpsons is my favourite! Seinfeld, Sopranos, Flight of the Conchords, Six Feet Under. I'm a terrible reader which is hilarious because my mother is a book publisher and editor!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Playing at Byron Bay Blues & Roots international blues festival, playing a huge solo then looking down and seeing Derek Trucks (one of the world's greatest blues slide guitarists) in the audience with his whole amazing band, then having dinner with them after. Also at said festival having a dressing room next to Elvis Costello's.

Climbing Il Duomo in Florence, Italy and looking up into the stunning dome carrying on climbing to see the view (including il campanile di giotto) of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Italian food in italy......nuff said

Teach, Learn, Share

This is such a cool part of couch surfing, I'm really excited to get involved. Well I know a lot of escoteric stuff about guitar, classical, modern, jazz, funk, blues folk, pop. I know a lot about music generally and I am getting to know a bit about singing these days too! Love to share that. I have also done a lot of Alexander Technique which is an amazing and wonderful thing and would love to share my experiences and knowledge of it.

What I'd like to learn? well in many ways I don't know but I want to explore the world and find out what I want to learn! ha
