Discover new career paths/ volunteer while travelling/ see as many countries as years lived/ do more art/ learn guitar and foreign tongues/ question my motives and strive to be more altruistic than I am selfish.

ABOUT ME

Born and bred in Australia, but as with many of us here, I love to travel whenever possible. I have moved to Europe/UK for a few years to make good use of my EU passport and persue some challenges I long to sink my teeth into. I don't want to rave on about myself too much as that can be saved till an ice-breaking drink and chat with my fellow couch-surfers. I'll just mention that I am open-minded and easy-going and can do the dishes pretty well too. :)

PHILOSOPHY

First up, the obvious: Treat others as you'd have them treat you. Don't judge a book by it's cover. No regrets. Say sorry when need be, it's easy. Be open-minded, "Are you really sure that a floor can't also be a ceiling?" M.C. Escher.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Travelling and surfing in East/South Africa to spread the love and cut down the cultural boundaries, stereotypes and biases. After that I'll be back in Oz with a space somewhere on the east coast (Sydney or Melbourne) to return the favour!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been surfing & hanging out with couch surfers, and all of it has been mighty grand. :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Packing up everything and driving across Australia with the family to move from Perth to Sydney when I was 8. It took over a week, there was so much empty space, it seemed to go on forever.
