ABOUT ME

Friendly person who loves travelling, nature, animals.... And always eager to get to know new people from all over the world! In general I prefer the mountain life rather than the city, but I am quite adaptable..Social when needed, but also a person who needs my own space to load my batteries...

PHILOSOPHY

I am not a religious person, but I do believe in the power of nature. I like to meet people from different parts of the world because after all we have too much in common to be in war with each other....and we need to work together to keep our Earth alive...we are already giving her quite a tough time with pollution, over-population....

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Both hosting surfers and surfing myself, first opportunity was in Brazil Summer of 2014.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted more than 50 guests so far and it has been very nice! And surfed with 3 hosts in Brasilia and Rio during a 3 weeks' trip there during the world cup.

Interests

We have a cat and a dog but no children. We love to travel, both in Norway and to other countries. I like reading, music, chess, TV, sports, hiking, climbing, kayaking, and all types of quiz!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met my wife in the beautiful surroundings in the Patagonian region in Argentina...
I did the Inca trail to Macchu Picchu and arrived at sunrise...really amazing
We spent one New Years'eve at Copacabana with 2 million others....

Teach, Learn, Share

I really like to show people around in the country I live in, to tell its history and to make them feel at home. I can teach different games like chess, Tantrix.etc.
