I love getting into nature , going for hikes, spending time meditating in the forest, i love to cook and prepare wholesome food and make raw chocolate to die for! I live on Saltspring island in a large shared accommodation house so am well used to shared living and co-existing.

I love to laugh and have meaningful conversations but also like quite time to reflect on the day and ground. I am 43 years old, people tell me I have the wisdom of a 100 year old but a heart of a child. i guess its because i have spent much time with many wisdom teachers of many traditions and have found joy in the simplicity of life.
