About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To experıence as much of the world as I can.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Western Australia. My parents are national park rangers so I have been close to nature all my life and have an immense appreciation for it. My life is the beach and I find it hard to go a long time without a swim in the ocean :)
We traveled a fair bit when I was young, to Indonesia and Malaysia and New Zealand because they're all so close to Australia, and I have traveled and worked in Europe, morocco, Turkay and Thailand from September 09 to December 2011.
I'm studying a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Conservation Biol. at UWA in Perth.
I enjoy the simple things in life, I love meeting new people and immersing myself in a different culture, the beach on any day, live music, a glass of vino and a good book on the couch, a new exhibition (or and old one)..
I play guitar and love music, and i'm learning the harmonica. Photography is one of my passions, that goes for a lot of people I know. I'm going to learn to surf properly this year.
I believe in karma and the power of thought, and that if you give as much as you recieve you find endless expansion therein!

PHILOSOPHY

Travel is more than just the seeing of sights, it is the change that goes on, deep and constant in the ideas of living - Miriam Beard

The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes - Marcel Proust

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am just surfing because my home is in Australia, and meeting great people in the community but when I am back I will be hosting as well!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in London when I first got there and was looking for a house. I stayed with a couple from Australia and we became great friends. I surfed in Barcelona too with another friend of mine & that was fantastic!
