My favorite book so far is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand, the other ones change but the 1300 or so pages of this philosopher is just filled with insight avidly explained to a degree at least i have not found in any other body of work. I dont agree on all she says.

I teach practice and learn yoga and tai chi everyday. It keeps me connected to an inner stillness which i very much enjoy, and miss when I loose myself in some moment.
