Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My idea of travelling is getting to know an area as if it was my home. Staying in a local persons house and getting to know their culture might just be the best way to do that.

Interests

A lot of time spent on my own at home was time spent discovering tv shows, reading, playing video games with friends I love and playing guitar.
Away from home I spent a lot of time supporting local music bands in Brisbane and being amongst the live music scene. I also visited a lot of trails and hikes from the Sunshine coast through to the Gold Coast.
I'm constantly trying to find something new to love.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a self taught degree in modeen Australian music and can talk for hours about my favourite bands. I've attended more live gigs than I could ever count.
True Crime, Documentary and shows with drama and humor are my favourite. Most recently Atlanta with Donald Glover has been a stand out.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Realising that I can achieve so much independently has been the best thing in my life so far.
All I have to do is put my foot forward.

I pride myself in a few specialised dishes for lunch and dinner that I am more than willing to purchase and cool ingredients for anyone! I can thank my mum for those skills. And no it's not a shrimp on the BBQ so to speak..
I'm a qualified electrician tradesman. I know a thing or two about Australian pop culture, especially music. I love talking madness over a beer and some food.
