Overview
About Me
I love to get to know people and culture through travel. I want to know and see everything.
ABOUT ME
Quarky, "Sweet", High Energy, Good Listener, Funny, Loves to Laugh and Smile.
PHILOSOPHY
To laugh is to risk appearing a fool.
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.
To reach out for another is to risk involvement.
To place your dreams before the crowd is to risk ridicule.
To love is to risk not being loved in return.
To go forward in the face of overwhelming odds is to risk failure.
But risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
He may avoid suffering and sorrow, but he cannot learn, feel, change, grow, or love
Chained by his gertitudes he is a slave.
He has fortified his freedom.
Only a person who takes risks is free.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Life is Beautiful, Anchor Man, Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones and Star Wars Trilogy, Motorcycle Diaries, Garden State, The Sixth Sense...I'm all over the place.
Music: I tend to enjoy world beats and sounds. I like feel good, positive music, and music I can dance to. :-)
Books: I am an open book.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My most life-changing moment was my 2 year adventure in Panama. It opened my eyes to a different form of traveling. Learning from the people, become a part of the culture rather than staying in your bubble looking from afar. I made lifelong friends and now consider many of the people in Panama part of my family.
Teach, Learn, Share
I currently live in San Diego CA with my my dad and crazy Husky named Rojo. I can’t take any Couchsurfer’s at the moment but would love to show you around if you’re in the area, specifically North County.
Love meeting new people from all walks of life.
