ABOUT ME

A happy, fun loving girl with a keen desire to see and do as much as I possibly can in a day! I have a strong passion for health and well being, being outdoors, eating good wholesome foods and getting as much fresh air and sunshine as I can! As much as I Iove being busy and 'doing it all', I also love my quiet time, yoga, meditation and relaxation. Dancing has been a hobby since I was 7 - nothing serious, just for fun.

I'm a pretty open, honest and outgoing person, what you see is what you get! :-)

Adventures, the great outdoors, socializing and living well so I wake up everyday feeling on top of the world - THAT is what makes my life engaging and how I love spending my time!

Listening to some good tunes, meeting different people, experiencing different cultures, constantly learning, smelling different smells, seeing different sights and hearing different sounds...it's invigorating. Enlightening. Inspiring. Uplifting.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Personally met His Holiness, The XIV Dalai Lama of Tibet. A dream come true. The pure love and energy that radiates from this most beautiful human being is indescribable!

Teaching over 100 graduates how to become yoga teachers. Another dream come to share my love and passion with others.

Scuba diving the various islands of southern Thailand - the colors of the coral, fish and marine life are incredible!

Standing in the middle of the Kootenays (interior BC) during fall - surrounded by mountains, trees every shade of greens, reds and oranges - the beauty of nature is overwhelming.

Living in Thailand - nothing more eye-opening than being immersed and living in a third world country. I know I am a 'pig in mud' in this world and shall never take my lifestyle for granted.

Became an aunty - my niece just rocks my world!
