About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"Whatever you do...do it on purpose!"

ABOUT ME

I currently divide my time very unequally between physical therapy graduate school, continuing to explore St. Augustine, and very little sleep. I am surrounded by amazing friends and family, but I am always looking to broaden my horizons.

"I would rather live in a world where my life is surrounded by mystery, than in a world so small that my mind could comprehend it."
Obviously...I love surprises...in people, books, expectations, smiles, drinks/food, etc.

PHILOSOPHY

"Whatever you do...do it on purpose!"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about this project from a close family friend. Family lives in Austin, TX and the daughter went surfing in Europe. They had a wonderful experience!
I was able to see Paris through the eyes of a local and hosted as a friend...it was better than i could have ever imagined!
I've now been able to host, and i love it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Paris was amazing!!
Now, I've been able to host several people from all over the world with more requests coming weekly, and it has all been an enlightening experience. I only wish I could take more time to show St. Augustine to my visitors...its such a great town!

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now, I'm reading textbooks exclusively, but recently REALLY ENJOYED: "I hope they serve beer in Hell" by Tucker Max.
It didn't make me a better person, but it made me laugh for hours.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam the English Channel in August of this year, and it surpassed all of my expectations! More intense, more beautiful, more rewarding...and COLDER than i ever knew.
Don't let anyone tell you that you cannont do something...set your mind to it, and you can!
