i haven't used couchsurfing for years, but i'm going to spend my erasmus in barcelona, so i thought it would be great to get to know with some people here. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have not really participated yet, because i only used couchsurfing once, but it was not a couchsurfer, but a friend of a couchsurfer who helped me out this summer. i was lost in annecy, france, with like 25 kgs of luggage, not much money, it was late, no room in hotels, no hostel, the only camping was kilometres away. and so i went to a net café, and sent some messages on couchsurfing, and this kind guy called me telling me that he is not in town, but he has a friend, and so i was saved:) and these people were so so kind, showed me the city, invited me for dinner,it was just so fantastic that people are so generous without speculations! that was my only couchsurfing experience, and that is why i don't have references yet, if someone should worry :) i hope that this summer i will have the chance to use couchsurfing really.
