I'm really tall (2 meters).

I like the outdoors and sustainability, composting, turning off lights, growing my own food, not driving when I can bike, and generally trying to live consciously. I am Buddhist, and try to live mindfully, but that doesn't mean I don't have fun.

I'm an equalist/feminist, and do my best to recognize and check my privilege as a tall white male.

I'm one of about 200 people in the world to contract Powassan's Encephalitis, which I got from a tick bite in 2009. I lost about a month of my life to a hospital bed, (and my memory of that time too), but its given me an interesting perspective on life.

I am continually awestruck by the vastness of the world, whether it's books, places, people, or the sheer amount of experiences you can have/ participate in.
