ABOUT ME

I am a freelance interpreter (English⇄Spanish) currently pursuing my Master's of Conference Interpreting at the University of Maryland. After a few years in Chile and Brazil and an overland trip from Santiago to Cancún, I find myself living and studying near Washington DC. I'm a Texan who loves Ibero-Romance languages, public transit, and much more.

I crash on people's couches and return the favor at my place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first surfing was in Managua and was not the best. I had the opportunity to stay with two couchsurfers in Montréal and had an excellent experience with both hosts.

My first hosting experience was superb! It turned out to be much better and fun than I had ever imagined. My subsequent times hosting have been quite a pleasure.
