We are an international couple currently living in Valencia for 6 months. Markus is from Austria and I'm from Turkey. After living in Istanbul we've made our dream true, just quit our jobs and have started to our circumnavigation by a sailboat. In Istanbul we shared our flat occasionally with couch surfers and now we thought that would be fun on the boat too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have thought that personel experiences and sharing the cultures are really important to develop yourself and we want to share our experiences with people and learn something new from others. Couchsurfing is the one of the best way to this and it's better to getting know the locals than staying in a hotel room.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We have a 1975 VW camper van and this summer we drove across 15 European countries. Now we sail around the world in a sailboat.

We like languages, we speak English, Turkish, German, Italian, and some Russian. We can teach basic Turkish and German and are always happy to spend time together at whatever activity.
