About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Collecting miles and points. Surviving residency.
ABOUT ME
I am fun and enthusiastic. I am a resident physician in New Orleans. This is my 5th year here in New Orleans. I have lived in Hue, Singapore, upstate New York and London.
PHILOSOPHY
First with the head, then with the heart.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I can host people on my couch/air-mattress. I live in a 2-bedroom house.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted couchsurfers. It was a lot of fun to show them what NOLA is like from a local's perspective, and to enjoy my favorite NOLA spots.
I have hosted many interviewees before their interviews at Tulane School of Medicine. All of them have got into Tulane so I think I'm a good luck charm.
Interests
I like listening to music, playing ping pong and squash, reading books and having a good time. I am very into travel hacking; I love sharing it with others.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a wide variety of music. My current favorite show is Master of None. The last books I read were the "Three-Body problem" series. Fantastic scifi series.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I raised money for poor disabled children. Seeing their parents' smiles was always priceless. I loved helping them.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you basic table tennis skills as I was an instructor in college. I can teach you how to travel hack (if you are based in the US). Learning some Vietnamese from me will be fun too. I love New Orleans food and Asian food so I can show you some local haunts.
