ABOUT ME

I (Marina) am Spanish but I have been living in France the last 10 years, so that far I am quite a hybrid. During college I met Samantha, half-French half-Polish and also 28. At the moment, we are doing a break from our lab life (we both studied Medical Biology), we need some fresh air! We are doing an anarchic European tour while doing some help exchange works.

It is not the first time we travel together and enjoy CouchSurfing. We both are curious and easy to live. We like unexpected encounters, new stories and good mood. The kind of person who loves to be disturbed ANYTIME with a phone call to have a drink in town or go to a concert!

PHILOSOPHY

Humm... give us a glass of wine and we will be ready to tell it in english!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I (again Marina!) live in TOULOUSE, the cosmopolitan and enthusiastic Ville Rose that joyously mixes heritage and lifestyle, great cultural events and festival pleasures. It seems to be an absolute must for everyone wanting to explore France. (that comes from the Tourist Office ;)
As I am travelling, I cannot really host anyone by myself... BUT I can recommend a super couch were two people could sleep, in one of the coolest houses of Toulouse (my old place ;). Please contact Arnaud Fougerouse, he is on my Friend contacts. If you want to stop by the South West of France, to have a little of sun & fun, you are welcome!

Samantha left her apartment in Paris this winter. She is now a world dweller. ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before CS, we have hosted lot friends, friends of friends and stray travellers...
Now, we are CouchSurfing supporters and we love to use it! Fortunately, we only have met great people through it.

In summer 2011, we planned a 2 weeks road trip in the West of Canada (starting at Calgary, then some National Parks, Vancouver, and finishing by Seattle). We had an amazing CouchSurfing experience!! Our hosts were one of the reasons we had an incredible time.
