About Me
Well, hello there.
I have spent my entire adult life so far travelling, discovering the world and more than anything, the people who live in it.
I take great interest in human beings, how they think, what makes them who they are.
Living in different places has really opened my mind to understanding the extent to which who we are is a byproduct of the culture that surrounds us and in which we grew up, and it has, throughout the years, pushed me away from my own culture (I'm a citizen of the world! This is all bullshit!) And brought me back in, understanding it's a part of me, no matter how far I went.
I am now returning back home, at least for a while, to study Linguistics and Cognitive Sciences in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. I have definitely been making my own researches while travelling, be it within the confines of my own mind or through conversations with other people, and now I'm gonna throw some academic stuff in the mix.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I host - it's to feel like I'm travelling while being at home.
When I travel - it's to see places through local eyes and be part of the place I'm travelling to, rather than seeing it from the outside.
In general, it's to be part of an incredible idea. Couchsurfing spreads free love and brings people together, how could I not participate in something so great?
Interests
I may have mentioned I love people, here's probably where I should say I am also that person at a party where people are like "how come she never stops?!"
So yeah, I LOVE dancing, I got tons of energy which I try to spend rock climbing, slacklining, hiking, snowboarding, doing yoga or acroyoga, and then I can chill and have that long convo over juice or wine or whatever rocks your boat :)
I love exploring, getting lost and being outside my comfort zone.

Music, Movies, and Books
I just feel like I have to change this section too often, which makes it impractical.
I love things that make me think and feel. What sort of thing it is could change drastically.
These days I really enjoy music that teaches me Spanish and keeps it alive :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Vipassana meditation course.
Moving to the other side of the world by myself.
Seeing Beyonce live!!!!!!!!!
I've done nude modeling for an art class!
Teach, Learn, Share
The type of photos I get the most from people who I met along the way, is photos of food they learned from me :)
I am also super enthusiastic about anything language and anything movement (would love to be part of your first acroyoga/slacklining/climbing experience).
