I'm originally from Vienna, but I moved to the alps - to Innsbruck - in 2012. I'm a travel writer and social media consultant and I work on a freelance basis.

I love to spend time in the mountains, snowboard (recently I've been trying to get back to skiing) or hike/climb.

I'm also definitely into good food, inspiring conversations and enjoying the best in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I did some couchsurfing in California some years ago and I've often hosted friends and friends of friends when I still had enough space in my apartment.

Unfortunately I currently live in flat without a sleeping couch or space to host anyone for now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

What comes to my mind is that hike a few years ago in New Zealand, which I wrote about and that story was actually published in a book. Also, I'm still amazed sometimes that I'm making a living out of doing what I love.

I'm reasonably good with food and cooking. I know how to navigate in the mountains and I love to snowboard.
