About Me

CURRENT MISSION

taking in as much as i possibly can

ABOUT ME

I'm a kid on an adventure.
I want very much to be free from my parents and yet I'm terrified I may be growing up.
I try my best to see the world from as many views as I can.
I think it's fascinating to walk the same city as a tourist as I did as a bum the month before.
I try my best to do what I want in as safe a manner as possible without eliminating things for safety reasons.
I try to live as cheap, simple, and mobile as possible.
I have as much stuff as I have room. always.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't let risk stop you. Live, learn, and experience :]

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to actually "couchsurf", but just last week I slept on the couch of some random person in a tiny town in new mexico because my car broke down and he happened by the repair shop when i was sitting there...***edit*** I have now couch surfed in a sense in Flagstaff, I met somebody, slept on their couch and then found that they too were on couch surfing :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is amazing, I like most of it and know very little of it. I don't do movies much, and when I do I tend to fall asleep. Books are good, but I haven't read much for some time...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 2 months on the road in western US with 2 people I barely knew. We went backpacking and drove all the tiny roads through tiny towns. I came back with my best friends.

Some people think it's amazing that I moved 2000 miles away from anybody that I knew and made a life for myself. I think they ought to step out of their comfort zone more.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you that 2'x6'x5" foam makes a far better bed than a mattress does.
I wouldn't say I have any outstanding skills. Unless of course being me counts as a skill, in which case I am quite talented.

Teach me what you love, it's obviously very fascinating.
