About Me

I live in a shared with 5 friends in Neukölln in Berlin. We share the food we eat, the rooms we live in and part of our lives in that place. If you want to stay in Berlin for some time, you are welcome. We can host up to 4 people and there is always free space. Ah, and this might be important: We all live vegan.

I study math and physics, work at an Institute for Climate Science, play piano, guitar, and ukele. I enjoy singing with friends at a campfire. And I love to be out in the nature. Also I'm interested in anti-racist politics! Refugees welcome!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For creating a more sustainable and happier way of living for everybody on our planet I believe that it will be important to create another economy. Sharing instead of buying things feels nice and makes me happy, so thats way I want to offer my couch to like-minded people.

When I'm going to a city, in which I don't know anybody, I prefer staying with people that actually live there and want to share part of their space instead of entering into a relationship dominated by exchange of capital, e.g. in a hotel.

And of course it's always nice to meet the people that use couchsurfing for travelling and hosting and to listen to their stories!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a whole day in Istanbul sitting beneath a motorway and watched an old man selling tea. I also bought the tea. Lots of things happened, though we couldn't talk to each other.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you Go (the Asian board game), how to play piano and also some math. I love cooking, so we can (try to) prepare dlicious meals together :-)
