About Me

I am a very quiet person, an introvert I'd say. When I'm not working, I love to read books and listen to music. Having said that, you will understand why I'm a member of two different book clubs. I especially love to read The Bible, self-help books, novels and Christian literature. I don't so much watch movies; I prefer documentaries to movies. My choice of movies are unpopular and archaic. For example, I love movies like Shawshank Redemption, A Beautiful Mind, The Rock, The Hunt for the Red October, Crimson Tide, The Good Shepherd and such as these. Sci-fi is not my thing.

I neither drink nor smoke, and by implication, it means I can't go partying or clubbing.

You might have assumed wrongly. No, my life isn't boring. I'm a very happy person, and content too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am trying to come out of my introversion. I think I can achieve that by meeting new people. It will help me learn how to make new friends and have interesting conversations with people.

I want to spend some time outside my own head. I have lived there for quite a long time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm a missionary. I visit remote places, some of which has neither electricity, nor internet, nor phone network. I love relating with ordinary people. All things being equal, I go on mission trips once every month.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn about different people and cultures. I love the feeling I have when I meet people who are completely different from me and realize in the end that we are all just people. There isn't much difference between us.
We can talk about life in general. We can even talk about spiritual things if that is fine by you. Some people don't believe in spiritual things, but I have seen both the power of good and evil at work. They are both real.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my experience with you if you don't mind hearing them. I'd love to hear yours if don't mind telling them too. I could also leave you alone and not bother you at all if that's what you prefer. I'm comfortable either way.
