Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am an open minded person eager to meet new people and get som insight in other cultures.

I started out in 2007, by staying in Munic with a canadian one night, and had a couple from poland on my couch for a few nights. Both experiences was very good.

I couchsurfed with my former girlfriend for a week in Latvia, which worked out better than I could dream off! Thanks to the nice couchsurfers in Riga!

Interests

Traveling, action sports such as mountain biking, climbing and skiing steep mountains. Enjoys to do sports, not to watching them. However i also enjoys to relax , watching the sunset or the stars, having good conversations, hanging out having a good time with friends, good beer and wine.

Surfing on Lopez Mendes in Brazil. The total experience of having such a beautyful beach and waves almost completly to myself, on the far side of the world, is hard to describe in words. :-)
