There's a lot of beloved books in my life. Right now I'm reading Jorge Luis Borges' El Libro de Arena (the book of sand).

music- I like Gillian Welch, Neko Case, Animal Collective, other folk and country and various indie rock stuff.

movies- Can never remember the names of movies when I try to think of them, but I was raised on David Bowie's The Labyrinth and The Princess Bride.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked el camino de santiago de compostela, an ancient Catholic pilgrimage route across Spain, in September- October. The most amazing thing about it? The people I met.
