Music, Movies, and Books

I have a passion for electronic music. I mainly listen to recordings of live DJs. I'll always remember the time I saw Sasha and Digweed play in a shopping mall during the morning hours!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Studying Abroad - I met some life-long friends during my year in Prague. I got to live in one of the most extraordinaire city and visit a lot of Europe during that time.

China and Vietnam, my origins - It was the first time seeing a vastly different culture in China. I also got to see the neighborhoods in which my parents grew up in Ho Chi Minh

First time traveling alone - Holiday 2012/13, I went to see a friend in Belgium and decided to go to Amsterdam and Paris on my own. I didn't know what to expect. I ended up meeting some great people and had a wonderful time.

Central America - This is where I truly learned how I liked to travel - without an itinerary! I went to cities that others recommended, formed some groups and traveled together, stayed where I liked and left when I felt like it was the right time.

Southern / Eastern Afrıca - I spent a few months traveling and hitchhiking from South Africa to Tanzania. The journey was an amazing mix of nature, culture and adventure - definitively a different experience than my previous trips

What I Can Share with Hosts

Limited cooking skills - though I make a killer carbonara!
