In college, I had housemates who were Couchsurfing members, and we hosted a number of delightful people. I also stopped with a number of Couchsurfers on my way across the United States.

Music-
I spent a few years hosting a world music program. I enjoy Tropicalia, Samba, MPB, Cumbia, Chicha, Electro-Norteno, Dub, Dancehall, Soukous, Benga, Highlife, Afrobeat, Mbaqanga, Afro-Pop in general, Bhangra, Gamelan, Minimalism (Terry Riley Style), Skwee, Space Disco, Dubstep, Future Garage, Swedish Indie-Pop, Anatolian Rock, plenty of other folk and pop musics, all built on top of a solid base of Indie Rock, 70s Art Rock and Hip-Hop.
