ABOUT ME

Striving to learn as much as I can. Discovering what makes life meaningful and gives it purpose--for both myself and others.

I love learning about the world. Diversity is awesome and I love learning about any culture, religion, language, way of life.

I purposely left the "Places I want to go to" field blank because I literally want to go everywhere in this world. One of my goals is to visit every continent, and hopefully that will be just the beginning!

PHILOSOPHY

As I think about life, the things I come back to again and again are family and love. These are the most important things to me--my family, and loving and being loved.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosting is uncertain at this time because I live on a boat, but I am looking forward to meeting people whilst traveling, either other travelers or through surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have attended couchsurfing events but have yet to have a surf/host experience (from the site). I have, so far, met people and then connected via CS but it has yet to be the instigator of connection.

Intereses

I participated in a volunteer project with Hug It Forward, building a school building out of plastic bottles in Guatemala. Amazing experience! Check out a video they made of it here:

I love to play the piano and sing. I also like dancing (usually ballroom, swing, tap, etc.). I also love skiing, rock climbing, and just about anything else outdoors.
I love trying to communicate with others across language barriers and really enjoy learning languages.
