About Me
CURRENT MISSION
August - December 2015
Attending Clemson University this Fall as a visiting scholar. Exploring the South of the US. Enjoying life.
ABOUT ME
I'm pretty easygoing and i hate cold showers. I'm a daydreamer, like to draw, do some yoga, run, but I'm not a big fan of biking. I love to cook and enjoy good food very much, but I hate doing the dishes (except when I turn up the music loud and make a little party out of it). I'm a vegetarian but I eat fish, and sometimes I am little bit of a healthfreak. I try to be as environmentally-friendly as possible and I simply love museums of modern art.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
For me, traveling is about meeting people. Sure, there are some amazing buildings in Moscow or Ulan Bator, but that's not what I remember most from my travels to Russia or Mongolia. It's the amazing people I've met and shared some incredible experiences with, who opened up to me and showed me their culture.
And this is what CS is all about for me. Meeting people. CS is not a free hotel.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: A walk to remember, Into the wild, Jeu d'enfants
Books: everything that has a good plot and interesting personages, though there is not a single book from Paulo Coelho and Jonathan Franzen that I have not enjoyed tremendously
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Seen: watching whales in Tadoussac. The moment you see their fins and back gliding trough the water, the world just stops spinning for a little while.
Done: building a whole theatre scene with only paper, scotch tape, rope and little pieces of curtains. The decor was a cave with murals. After that, we made up our own play and dressed up like cavemen, to teach 8-year olds French at a summercamp where i was one of the counselors.
Teach, Learn, Share
Learn: life, scubadiving, Spanish, driving a car, reading peoples minds, or anything else you can teach me :)
Teach: I can teach you how to play the tuba or how to dance like a complete morron. Cooking (especially vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free) or cutting hair would also work.
