我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've recently moved to a new apartment and have a spare bedroom; why waste the space?! I think it would be fun to use the space to meet people, keep things lively, and introduce them to the small town.

I played some tennis in college but have and will play just about anything, usually whatever my friends are into at the time. I've recently got into the disc golf, bowling, and racquetball.

These change as do seasons but as far as music goes I'm really liking soft electronic pop like Ratatat, Owl City, and Justice.

Movies: I like a good thriller minus the gore or anything that makes me think but I'm easy in this category as long as I'm entertained.

Books: I worked in an elementary school last year and got into Nancy Tilman. Simple but profound.

A spare bedroom in a friendly, quiet town. Depending on the day, the apartment will probably be empty with very little noise from the neighbors. Some food stocked in the fridge with full use of kitchen as well as an average bathroom with a tub.

A tour of the Hesston College with access to small quiet, corners with wifi access for studying, reading etc.

I'd also like to have at least one meal with a guest, either at the apartment or out to eat and maybe a round of disc golf or game of bolwing??
