Overview
About Me
I was in the Iowa Air National Guard for nine years. I learned to maintain ejection systems and avionic systems on F-16s. I also attended the University of Iowa during those nine years where I learned Psychology, Neurobiology, and Biomedical Engineering. I am currently working on an Electrical Engineering degree. My goal is to work in brain-machine interfacing.
I love to travel, which is one of the reasons why I joined the Air Guard. My favorite place that I have visited so far is Australia, which is one of the places I traveled to while in the Air Guard. Hawaii was amazing, and I really enjoyed snorkeling while there. I enjoy visiting the Rockies as often as I can during winter so that I can get some good skiing in. Skiing is my favorite physical activity by far.
I enjoy learning how things work by taking them apart and fixing them. I have gotten quite good at repairing a multitude of things: from rebuilding engines to fixing electrical circuits to construction.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What I Can Share with Hosts
I enjoy helping others when I can. I am quite good at fixing things, and could possibly fix some things around the house if you'll let me. I'm also not afraid of work, and would gladly help around the house in exchange for some good conversation.
