About Me
Canadian transplant living and working in California! I moved to L.A. with just one suitcase and my laptop 8 years ago and I've never looked back. Been in San Francisco for 2.5 years now, and want to share the city's best spots with others. Love meeting new people and hearing their stories from all over the world.
Personally, I love hockey (go Leafs!), travel, cocktails, design/art, and great music.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A friend told me about it, and I really loved the idea. I have had the benefit of being able to crash with friends before and am now trying to pay it forward – and meet awesome new friends in the process!
Music, Movies, and Books
Music is a huge passion of mine. I listen to anything from Classic Rock to Hip Hop to Swing music from the 20s. Particularly love electronic music.
Shows I've seen in the past year...
- Toro y moi
- Travis Scott
- Drake
- T-Pain
- Chromeo
- Peggy Gou
- Kelly Lee Owens
- Daniel Avery
- Fleetwood Mac (!!!)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Got rid of my apartment, sold all my things, and drove to California. Parents weren't thrilled but they've realized this internet thing is here to stay =)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom place in the heart of the Mission District. I have a pull-out sofa in my living room, but if you want the privacy I also have the second bedroom available with an inflatable mattress (it's my office space.
Looking forward to showing / telling you about the best restaurants, cocktail bars, music venues in town.
