I just recently graduated and landed a job out in Nevada. I'm originally from Minnesota, have lived and worked in North Dakota and spent a decent amount of time in Montana. I'm all about experiencing nature and go hiking and camping often. I'm learning French, love to do bar trivia, and love stopping at craft breweries on road trips. Currently planning a month long trip to Morocco.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing because I just moved out west, and want to explore Nevada, California, and Oregon as much as possible. Being from the Midwest though, I know almost nobody out here so I'm looking to make friends and go on adventures with awesome people!

Music, Movies, and Books

I really listen to anything, my mix cd's range from edm to Elvis to The Pretty Reckless to The Beach Boys to movie soundtracks. I think I've read the Harry Potter series at least 2,000 times, but I'm reading Tolstoy now. Favorite movies include Catch Me If You Can, LOTR, Amélie, and Young Frankenstein.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've gotten to do some awesome things. Some things that stand out are: I've been to 49 states, camped in an igloo in Northern Minnesota while wolves howled outside, held baby black bears inside my jacket to keep them warm, and found a dinosaur bone.
