Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfer to be part of a community that has values very similar to mine. I believe very strongly in the idea that whatever energy you put out into the world will come back to you even stronger somewhere down the road. Many of us have been in situations where we needed a helping hand and couchsurfer makes it easy to find that hand to grab in these times. As a surfer I feel an obligation to provide this little bit of help once I am settled into a place for a long period of time somewhere in the future. Couchsurfing provides a beautiful relationship with travelers and hosts and is self propagated by this simple yet effective give and take relationship.
